Please read these terms carefully before using the 4tk10 platform — they set out the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.
Introduction & Applicability

- Using the platform from areas where online gaming is legally prohibited is considered to be at your own risk.
4tk10 may at any time request identity documents or other records for age verification purposes. Failure to provide the required information may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
Account & Security
The information you provide when registering with 4tk10 must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account is entirely your responsibility.
- Do not share your login password with anyone, and always use a strong password.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 4tk10 support team immediately.
- You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

- In some cases, withdrawals may be temporarily held until the identity verification (KYC) process is completed.
3.1 Account Closure & Suspension
4tk10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity; providing a false identity; or operating multiple accounts. Users may also request account closure at any time — in that case, any remaining balance will be returned subject to verification.
Deposits & Withdrawals
The following terms apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on 4tk10. All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 for each method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 10–45 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit, where applicable.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if a verification process is ongoing.
- Using a third-party payment account for deposits is strictly prohibited.
4tk10 is not responsible for any taxes or charges applicable to financial transactions. Any bank or mobile banking charges related to a transaction are the user's own responsibility.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4tk10 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each offer may have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated in the description of that offer.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount only). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses may only be usable on specific games or sections.
- Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- 4tk10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the offer description.
- Bonuses may be forfeited if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to placing bets and playing games on 4tk10:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled; however, special consideration may be given in the event of a technical error.
- If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or system disruption, 4tk10 reserves the right to refund the stake for that bet.
- Bets placed on the basis of clearly incorrect odds or game errors may be considered void.
- Exploiting software errors, using bots, or playing via automated methods is strictly prohibited.
- In sports betting, results will be settled based on the official announcement of the relevant authority.
6.1 Fair Play Policy
4tk10 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to keep game outcomes impartial. If you have a dispute about a game result, you may request a review of the game log.
VIP & Rewards Program
4tk10's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Users can move up to higher VIP tiers by staying regularly active. Cashback amounts will be credited to the account automatically and specific terms apply. 4tk10 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

- Placing manipulative bets or engaging in bonus abuse for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
- Playing using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.

- Conducting any activity in violation of applicable law.
